Nurys Mateo has generated significant wealth with her time in the entertainment industry. 
The 28-year-old reality television star is a cast member on The Challenge: Battle for a New Champion season 39. 
The show, airing on MTV, was popular until recently, as it’s now seeing a slump in viewership, reaching all-time lows. Her co-star Olivia Kaiser has also become an influential figure on social media following the show, with a net worth of $5 million.

Since the show, she’s signed on with Siren Agency, a modeling agency based in Los Angeles. 
She confirmed on Instagram she’s dating The Challenge costar Horacio Gutiérrez Jr. in November 2023.
